SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE
A washed Robusta of extraordinary elegance. Intense to the palate, fragrant, smooth, with low bitter sensations and a low acidic content, rich in caffeine and highly syrupy. Sweet and round, charming from the very first sip, it can be tasted with or without sugar. In combination with milk, it expresses notes of chocolate, dried fruit and fragrant flavor. Outstanding is the matching with distillates or with dark chocolate.
UA legend, the rarest harvest! It takes its name from the pilgrim who stole seven germinable seeds from Yemen and took them to India. An extraordinary complexity combined with the greatest elegance. An excellent acid/tannin balance, a velvety taste, with great hints of hazelnut chocolate, dried fruit, almond, blonde tobacco and toasted bread. Low bitter sensation, low caffeine content, long persistence. A little bit of cane sugar is the ideal companion for a great Meditation Coffee.
Another "giant" among coffees from all over the world! This coffee takes its name from the tribe living in the region of the same name. Its bold acidic content dilutes itself into elegant winey and ripe-fruit notes, as well as into the floral notes of exotic flowers, of magnolia and jasmine. The finish unveils citrus notes of citron and bergamot peel. An extreme coffee, hard to forget.
