The blend Terzi No. 1 (Gold Medal International Coffee Tasting 2008) is characterized by a low bitter sensation, low caffein content and is medium-highly syrupy. Its smell shows a nice intensity and great elegance, endphasized by broad and complex sensation, ranging from fragrant and cocoa hints, to dark chocolate, to the floral notes of fresh and fleshy flowers, as well as dried flowers, which are flanked by fruity hints of fresh, pulpy fruit, but also of fruit in syrup. What you feel in your mouth confirms what you small with your nose, finding great harmony and elegance in the blend. A combination with milk makes an elegant Cappuccino in which the blend marries and mixes wonderfully.
The blend Terzi No.2 is made by 85% Arabica and 15% Robusta. It's a well-structurated coffee, balanced, elegant, harmonic and complex. It has a good acid/tannin balance. To the smell and taste, it appears intense, quite broad and it shows very nice sensation of fragrant, dried fruit and pulpy fruit. Its caffeine content is low and it persists quite well in the aftertaste
The blend Terzi No.3 is made by an amalgam of Arabica (70%) and robusta (30%). A very mellow and charming coffee, as for the smell it shows good intensity and pretty good broadness. The notes of dried fruit, milk chocolate, Gianduja chocolate are clear, with nice hints of toffee and vanilla. As for the taste it shows an extraordinary smooth and creamy body, with an amazing velvety sensation. Although wonderful as pure, it's actually at its best with milk: conceived for Cappuccino, when combined with milk the blend broadens, gets completed, becoming more complex and exceptionally synergic, An extraordinary Cappuccino which you must absolutely try!
A fragrant, elegant, harmonic and balanced blend (60% Arabica, 40% Robusta). In the cup it's good to the smell, wll intense, quite broad, with hints going from dried fruit, to pulpy fruit and carob. It also has slight but clearhints of cocoa and Gianduja chocolate. Very good when tasted as pure, with a little bit of sugar - strictly unrefined cane sugar - it's outstanding for preparing ice-blended coffee and shakes.
Terzi No. 6 is a structured, broad, harmonic and elegant blend, low in caffeine. Its smell unveils good intesity, persistence and broadness. The notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, almond, walnut and cashew are clear, flanked by sensations of cocoa and Gianduja chocolate, of fragrant flavor, of oven-baked cakes and toasted bread. To the taste, it appears sweet, full and rich, with great smoothness and a low bitter sensation. Its intensity, complexity and structure are good, with hints of pulpy fruit, red fruits and dark chocolate. It's excellent when combined with milk for an elegant Cappuccino
